UFD, my wife and I own Seven Acres Poultry Farm. Our focus has been on raising Coturnix Quail. We have a 24x30 barn with 13 cages. We have approximately 600 to 700 birds, maybe more. We have 5 brooders. We have 2 big Incubators. One holds like 7000 quail eggs and the other holds like 3000 eggs. We have a watering system using Pex material going to every cage. We also have quite a bit of miscellaneous poultry supplies as well. We get a special mix from a feed mill that no one is allowed to buy without my approval. This feed has no filler and is wonderful!! The price is very, very good!! We have a huge clientele list. Our birds produce approximately 450 to 500 eggs/day, 3200 to 3500 eggs per week. We sell every fertile egg each week. We also sell 40 to 50 dozen eating eggs each week.

The reason I am sharing this info is We want to retire by July of 2027. We would love to let everything go to 1 person. You would get everything plus the feed and our clients as well. I would also offer any mentorship needed to help you be successful. It is already successful. You could just get set up and take over and immediately start making money. If you are needing fertile Coturnix quail eggs, we have them and lots of them. We have several colors. We have Wild Type, Falb Fee, Pearl Fee, Egyptian, Sparkly, and Tuxedos. We keep them all together so you would get a variety.

I have tried many pickled quail egg recipes and have never been satisfied until now. I just happened to stumble on this by mistake. It is not even really pickled quail eggs. It is hard boiled quail eggs in a Sofrito base. You can eat it right out if the jar ir spread it on a favorite dish. It is really very good. I am looking to see if there is a market for it. I am going to sell these for $8.00 per jar. You will not be disappointed. If you are interested send me a dm. I will make these as they are ordered. So, I will need a few days before you can get them.
