We had the pleasure of being stationed next to at a market last fall and we had to take home a button. (See the rad melodica button in photo 2).

She makes super cool paper art with so much detail and love 💕 and creativity. I am constantly enamored by the inspiration she uses. From spam to fruit by the foot to Strega Nona 🍝 and CatDog 🐱 🐶.

We start with the best part , the neck 🐓! Add in the Geoduck, Razor Clam and Hard Clam , clam about with a spoonful of our 13 Colony spice mix* - then blended up and spread into a thick flat cracker to dry and open air ferment for 7 weeks !

The smelliest bits of the Long Island Sound turned into a fish cracker , dipped in salt water and blended to dust with thyme and parsley and sprinkled into heavy cream.

Craftoberfest is a celebration of South Salt Lake's creative community in the heart of the Creative Industries Zone. Annually, artists, business owners and community members gather to hear live music, eat delicious food, sample new brews and engage with creatives. Craftoberfest also features custom barrels and kegs hand-painted by local artists in collaboration with community breweries and distilleries.
