Best wishes to Matt & Olivia. We prepared a sandwich themed graze for their rehearsal luncheon at DA Ranch. Complete with two types of sandwiches on soft ciabatta, delicious Reuben skewers with German sauce, a gorgeous green salad with gourmet dressings, cranberry and walnut chicken salad and croissants and a homemade broccoli cranberry salad. 😍🥂

Today I got to create this beauty using Sage Derby, Smokin' Goat, Murcia al Vino, Brie, and Cotswold to be the centerpiece of a very special 80th birthday celebration! So grateful to be a part of it.

I guess if I wanted to save some time, I could just buy a Boursin, unwrap it and put it on a plate. That's just not my style. I'm creating an orange zest and rosemary goat cheese spread with just a kick of red chili flake for a Graze table tomorrow. Trying something new! It's awesome to have clients that trust me to try new things with them!
