• 1 Cup Chopped Carrots
• 4 Oz Cream Cheese
• 1/2 Cup Whole Milk
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 2 1/2 Cup Flour
• 1/2 Cup Butter
• 4 Tablespoons Cinnamon
• 2 Tablespoons All Spice
• 1 Tablespoons Nutmeg
• 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
• 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
• 2 Eggs

Cream Cheese Drizzle:
• 4 Oz Cream Cheese
• 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
• 2 Cups Powder Sugar

Bake @ 350 Degrees For 60-65 Minutes

Taco Casserole Recipe:
•1 LBS Meat Of Choice (hamburger, chicken, sausage)
•3 Flour Taco Shells
•1 Cup Crumbled Nacho Doritos
•1 Cup Shredded Cheese
•1 Cup Salsa
•1 Can Refried Beans
•1 Can Sliced Black Olives
•1 Package Taco Seasoning
•1/2 Cup Sour Cream

Assemble:
•Layer 2 Flour Taco Shells Bottom Of Enameled Cast Iron Baker
•Layer Can of Refried Beans
•Layer 1 Cup Crumbled Doritos
•Layer Cooked 1 LBS Meat of Choice Seasoned With Taco Package
•Layer Sliced Black Olives
•Layer 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
•Layer Taco Shell
•Layer 1 Cup Salsa
•Layer 1 Cup Shredded Cheese

Bake in Oven At 350 Degrees For 40-60 Minutes or Until Cheese is Melted Slightly Crispy
