During our 18-week Garden Share program, which begins in late May/ early June and runs until October, you will share in our bounty of fresh, non-GMO, vegetables that are grown without any chemical pesticides or fertilizers. A Summer Large Share will feed 4-5 people, a Summer Small Share will feed 2-3 people, and a Summer Petite Share will feed 1 person. We strive to gi

ve you excellent value and occasionally, when crops do not produce at the desired time, we will fill out your CSA with eggs, local maple syrup, local honey, homemade jams or preserved vegetables (canned in a Certified kitchen). Shares may contain the following items: beans, beets, broccoli, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, carrots, celery, corn cucumbers, eggplant, garlic, decorative gourds, Asian greens, kale, green and red lettuce, melons, onions, peas, peppers (sweet and hot), potatoes, pumpkins, radishes, spinach, summer squash, winter squash, Swiss chard, tomatoes (heirloom, hybrid, paste, cherry), turnips, zucchini, herbs (basil, dill, parsley, sage, chives), farm-fresh eggs, maple syrup, local honey, homemade jams and jellies, home-canned vegetables, and fresh cut flowers. Every Friday, from 12 p.m. - 6 p.m., shareholders will pick up their Garden Shares and take a look around the farm at Fitzgerald's Family Farm, located seven miles outside of Coudersport, PA. Any share that is not picked up during distribution hours will be donated to a local food pantry unless you make prior arrangements with us.
