After three incredible soft opening weekends, we’re taking a brief pause this weekend to regroup, restock, tidy up, and prepare for what’s next.

The support from our community has exceeded every expectation, and we couldn’t be more grateful. These first few weekends have helped us learn, grow, and fine-tune things as we work toward giving you the best Jonny V’s experience possible.

Hey! It is me, Jonny V!
As I sit here pleasantly humbled and absolutely exhausted. I am reflecting over the last 3 weeks. I feel the overwhelming need, no, the want to say a few things:
First off the overwhelming support and love that my wife and I have received is inexpressible! The butt whooping we receive when we open our doors for service, The members of the community that see me on the street at my smokers tending to my fires, stop just to say hi and congratulate me, ask when I will be serving, or simply what's on the smoker- Has been so much fun and amazing. The support that I have received from my fellow business owners is unmatched. From Bob Alexander at Alexander Artworks, and his friend Lowell who have come to save the day at the restaurant more than once. Beth at Watts Coffee Co being an ear, friend, and mentor to Tawnie. Did I mention the wonderful coffee she brings us unexpectedly when we needed it the most! To the Roost providing a bucket of chicken for our family after our first opening when we did not have dinner for the fam! Even Frankie Hammer Greco of the Cut and Shoot patronizing us to feed his crew while working on his new bar and always offering up a hand.
When I reflect on everything that has happened over the last 3 weekends and the folks that we have been blessed to meet. I sit here and truly get in all my feels. All of these things solidifies that I have made the right decision to buy BG's and set my roots here in this wonderful community.
