Gypse Haus Meads is a small batch meadery in Council, Idaho specializing in malomels utilizing local ingredients. Open by appointment, so please call ahead!

You can also find us in summer at the Council Mountain Farmers Market, McCall Farmers Market, Donnelly Farmers Market, and weather permitting at the Weiser Farmers Market, and various other shows throughout the year. Multi day events we will be at:

How exciting is this! Gypse Haus Meads will now be a featured mead at the Banshee Irish Pub at Warm Lake Lodge in beautiful Cascade, Idaho!! Join the Market Mut and myself at the Renaissance Faire being held on the 12th and 13th of September at Warm Lake Lodge!! We will be dressed in our gypsy best and selling mead by the bottle while the pub will have it by the glass!

See the orange arrow below on the left?? That's likely where you will find the ORANGE Gypse Haus Meads tent this weekend at the Donnelly Huckleberry Festival!! I will have LOTS of Huckleberry Mead with me as well as all my other great flavors currently in stock. So come on out to Donnelly for a great time! (if i happen to not be in that spot, ill post an update on friday!)
