My answer to one reason why we should drink water first thing in the morning.

Good morning everyone, just had my big glass of alkaline water (Kingdom of Gold--taste best) first thing this morning which aids in digestion and weight loss. Keeping the body in an alkaline state helps people lose weight faster. I add lemons to my alkaline water and lemons are high in fiber pectin, which helps keep one full, longer. They also have a diuretic effect, which helps with water weight gain.
