Correcting a pr*****ed vent on a chick. It was most likely caused by coccidia, which I will be treating it for. If the area had been more swollen, I would have covered it with sugar to reduce, then push it back in. In this case, it wasn’t necessary. Always be careful not to damage the tissue and cause a tear or bleeding.

We have Nigerian Dwarfs goats. They have a high fat milk, which is great for making butter. Let the milk sit for two days. Skim the cream off the top. And let your mixer do the work! The liquid that separates is buttermilk. I like to freeze it to use in cooking later on.
