No helper.
No assistant.
No backup dancer.
No intern.
Not even a random cousin I could yell “COME HELP ME!” to. 🤣

Just me, my trailer, two hands, and a dream. 😂

I was taking orders with one hand, making drinks with the other, ringing people up, restocking, grabbing ice, answering questions, cleaning, sweating, and questioning every life decision I’ve ever made. 😭😂

At one point I’m pretty sure I had lemonade in places lemonade should NEVER be. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣

Y’all would order a drink and before I could turn around there’d be another 5 people standing there like:

“Soooooo… we ready for ours.”

ME: MA’AM I AM ONE PERSON. 😂😂😂

But somehow… WE DID IT! 🔥

TO ALL MY DREAM CHASERS 💜

Let me tell you something I’ve had to learn along the way…

Some people think if they don’t support you, don’t show up, don’t share your posts, don’t buy from you, or don’t believe in you, they can somehow slow down what God is doing in your business or in your life.

Baby… that ain’t how God works.

Their support was NEVER the thing holding your dream together.

I’ve built Skylar’s Sweet Sips from the ground up, and I’ve learned that the people you thought would support you sometimes won’t. And sometimes the people you never expected will show up and become some of your biggest supporters.

That’s life. That’s business. And that’s okay.

Because when God puts His hand on something, PEOPLE CAN’T STOP IT.

A closed door? God can open another.

Someone saying “no”? God can send somebody who says “YES.”

Someone refusing to support you? God can send the right people at exactly the right time.

So stop worrying about who isn’t showing up for you.

KEEP BUILDING.
KEEP SERVING.
KEEP SHOWING UP.
KEEP DREAMING.
KEEP TRUSTING GOD.

Don’t let the lack of support from certain people make you question the vision God gave you.

Because if God gave you the vision, He will provide the provision. 🙏🏼

I didn’t start this business because I needed everybody to believe in me.

I started because I believed in what God put in my heart.

And I’m going to keep working, keep growing, keep serving my community, and keep chasing this dream whether everybody understands it or not.

Your success was never dependent on people’s approval.

It was dependent on your obedience, your consistency, your faith, and God’s purpose.

So to the DREAM CHASER who feels like nobody is supporting you right now…

DON’T QUIT.

Your story isn’t over.

Your business isn’t finished.

Your dream isn’t too big.

And the people who walked away don't get to decide where God is taking you.

Stay faithful. Stay consistent. Stay focused.

What God has for you cannot be blocked by somebody who chose not to support you. 💜

Now go build the thing they said you couldn’t.
