It’s upon us now, isn’t it! Frost is coming, right after that it will be Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, then it will be wrestling season, then it will be time to wake the tubers up and pre pot them, then it will be time to plant them…. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣…
But first, we will harvest them, (over 400 stems but who’s counting) and bring them to LaGrande Farmers Mkt tomorrow! It is my one and only market day, and I will have some drop dead gorgeous dahlia market wraps! I will have them at my daughter, Sugar Mama Sourdough booth. The cool nights and warm days are the perfect storm for rich saturated colors, and I have every color. 🤣

So if you want that one last bouquet, swing by the market tomorrow, thank you for the wonderful season, see you all tomorrow!

Now that the smoke is starting to lift, I can get good pics for cataloging the blooms. I do this so when someone wants to know what certain types look like, or they want specific colors for events, I can pull these up and show them actual colors.

Ranunculus and anemones are loving this cool
Weather pattern. They are one of the flowers that you have to enjoy for a short time while you have them because once it starts getting warm, they are toast!

I think it’s time to repot this plant😂
