Busting out the duck hat today for the Community Roots Farmers Market 2-4 at TLC Mini Storage & Landscaping Services .

Yes it's cold, yes the weather is blah... And yet here we are still farming 🤣

Today is a power shop kinda market day, if you think 15 min buying products is bad in this weather imagine the 6+ hour day some of us are putting in outside 🫪

I'll have meats, pet snacks, and soaps. Other vendors will have produce, breads, eggs and the all important weekend cookies/cinnamon buns.

Friday market prep moving along. Sold A LOT of good looking steaks last week, so we have restocked. We also have $1 off sausages until the end of June.

Ground beef deal buy 5+ pounds and price is $11/ # at the market tomorrow.

Rain or shine we'll be at Community Roots Farmers Market at TLC Mini Storage & Landscaping Services with our milk fed pork, pasture raised beef, soaps and restock on pet snacks. Market is Saturday 2-4.

Yes it is.

It's not talking about your home made black bean burger. It's the highly processed fake meats. I was someone who grew up on those products thinking they were the healthier option. Turns out they also cause inflammation, not because veggies are bad but because they are ultra processed.

Eat real food.
