Our products are built by hand all right here in USA. High Performance Cookers is based in southern Louisiana near New Orleans. The NOLA life provides experiences in crabbing, fishing, camping, hunting and many other outdoor adventures. Our owners & creators grew up loving the great food of the south and particularly the great seafood harvested in our Louisiana. It was out of this love that a pass

ion grew to create the best crawfish boil cooker possible - this life is how High Performance Cookers was founded. After that first great creation, we grew to create other cookers, from boiling to slow cooking to steaming and frying. We created a product for every need! We also tried to make our products multi-use. By developing accessories for each product line, we allow our customer's purchases to go far and satisfy the every need. Whether you are looking to host a great sports tailgating party, race day, entertain in your own backyard, camping at a park or at the beach; with our Cookers you will always be ready to deliver that great southern Louisiana cooking and all from your very own High Performance Cooker!

Congratulations to all of our customers, HP Team and all their winning boils over the past weekend. We had a lot of wins!

Here are a few to share.

At the SCCA Cajun Two Step Festival, we had several winners in the top ten, but here's our first place winner that shared with us some images.

Todd Cook and Trophy Trucking took home the 1st Place prize for gumbo and crawfish using our High Performance pots! Way to go Todd!

At the St. Pauls High School Crawfish Cookout in Covington, LA we had a bunch of cooks using High Performance Pots as well. And a special congrats goes out to Team HP Cookers who took home 4th place. Not bad for guys that build the pots for a living to take a weekend off to have some fun and cook some bugs for the community and have a great time doing it!
