We did it! BBK had our first calf born this morning. Athena, our little warrior, is doing great! Which is a relief since she took a little walk by herself on the coldest day we’ve had in weeks! 🙄 Jazzy has already proven to be a great momma! We are so excited to see our nursing barn getting used! Two more Momma’s to freshen soon! ❤️

We are growing em big here at BBK! ❤️ Got 6 of the 8 girls out in the pasture! The other two are still too young. And we have a few more calves on the way. It is such a pleasure to watch this wild dream coming true!

Spent the morning taking out old fencing in preparation for the new high tensile fence for the BBK Beauties! And I also got some much needed cuddle time in with the girls! ❤️

Miracles Do Come True! NRCS came through for us on our grant application! We are using the money to create a pasture and some facilities to expand the beef herd!!! Thank you for all the support, prayers, and well wishes! And our breeding program starts next week! BBK is growing!
