Life has been BUSY over here at Sgt. W***y’s Beer Bread, and somehow posting an update about Rally For The Brave fell through the cracks — but we could never let this moment go unshared.

Because of this amazing community, we were able to raise $12,000 for the Irreverent Warrior Foundation! 🇺🇸

To everyone who came out, donated, sponsored, volunteered, shared our posts, or supported the event in any way — THANK YOU. Y’all absolutely showed up and showed out.

We say it all the time, but Sgt. W***y’s has the best customers and community around. What started as an event became something so much bigger, and we are incredibly grateful to be surrounded by people who care so deeply about supporting our veterans and military community.

From the bottom of our hearts — thank you for helping us make a difference.

Next year we plan to go BIGGER AND BETTER

Happy Monday!! Meet the crew behind Sgt. W***y’s Beer Bread… because it takes a whole team to make this much deliciousness happen

Will (aka Sgt. W***y) – The man, the myth, the bread-making machine. He’s the one in the kitchen making the magic happen… and taste-testing “just one more slice” (for quality control, of course).

Whitney – Will’s wife and the real MVP. She’s the smiling face you see at markets and the voice on the phone… answering questions, taking orders, and probably reminding Will he’s already had three “test slices.”

Karen – Sgt. W***y’s mom and our shipping specialist. If you’ve ever wondered who gets your bread safely to your doorstep… it’s her. Packed with care, speed, and maybe a little extra love from Mom.

Charlotte – Sgt. W***y’s youngest daughter and the true boss of the operation. Don’t let the age fool you—she runs a tight ship and takes her role as #1 taste tester VERY seriously.

Hadley – Sgt. W***y’s oldest daughter, supervising from a safe distance. She keeps an eye on things and has mastered the art of “delegation.”

At the end of the day, we’re just a family making bread, having fun, and trying not to eat all the inventory before it gets to you. Thanks for supporting our crew! ❤️🍞

We have to take a moment and give some serious love to Ace Hardware of Arlington for stepping up in a huge way for our 100-person charity dinner for Irreverent Warriors, later this month.

Not only are they helping sponsor this event, but they partnered with a local shop class and donated the lumber to build custom tables for the dinner.

How incredible is that?

This is exactly what community looks like—people coming together, building something meaningful, and creating a night that’s going to directly support Veterans through camaraderie and connection.

We’re beyond grateful for Ace Hardware of Arlington, this amazing community, and every single person who has helped turn this vision into reality.
