We are excited to announce that Bonds Estate & Gardens is now an official member of the Georgia Grown family!

Georgia Grown is the state’s #1 premier agricultural marketing and economic development program, connecting consumers with local farmers, growers, producers, and makers across Georgia. Becoming a Georgia Grown member is more than a designation—it is a commitment to strengthening local agriculture, supporting Georgia’s economy, and building a more resilient food system.

🌿 What this means for our community:
• Continued investment in local food, local education, and local economic development.
• More opportunities for youth and families to learn about farming, herbal wellness, entrepreneurship, and land stewardship.
• A stronger connection between consumers and the farmers who grow and produce their food.
• Support for a future where farmland remains productive, preserved, and accessible for generations to come.

As a family farm, we believe every purchase, every class, every farm visit, and every conversation helps strengthen our local agricultural community. We are honored to stand alongside so many incredible Georgia farmers and producers as part of the Georgia Grown network.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Bonds Estate & Gardens on this journey. This milestone belongs to all of us, and we’re excited for what lies ahead.

Please join us in congratulating L.A. Bonds, Owner and Lead Farmer of Bonds Estate & Gardens, on being selected for the highly prestigious GA FarmLink Farm Business Education Program!!

This achievement is especially significant because only six farmers were chosen for this competitive cohort from among thousands of potential applicants across Georgia. The program is designed to identify and invest in agricultural leaders who demonstrate vision, commitment, and the potential to create lasting impact within their communities.

For Bonds Estate & Gardens, this opportunity represents far more than professional development. It strengthens our ability to expand our mission of connecting people to the land through agriculture, education, wellness, and community engagement.

The knowledge, resources, and relationships gained through this program will help us:
🌿 Grow a stronger and more resilient farm business
🌿 Expand educational opportunities for youth and aspiring farmers
🌿 Increase access to locally grown food and herbal wellness products
🌿 Create new pathways for agricultural entrepreneurship
🌿 Build long-term sustainability for future generations
🌿 Continue serving our community through our Shop, Learn, and Visit pillars

As agriculture faces increasing challenges nationwide, programs like GA FarmLink are helping ensure that farms like Bonds Estate & Gardens can continue to thrive, innovate, and serve as community assets for years to come.

We are honored by this recognition and grateful for every customer, CSA member, student, supporter, and community partner who has been part of this journey.

The future is rooted in strong farms, healthy communities, and faithful stewardship—and we’re excited for what lies ahead.

🎉 Congratulations, L.A. Bonds! Here’s to growing deeper roots and an even greater impact across Georgia.

What started as a few simple conversations and ideas about creating a space where girls could be discipled in biblical womanhood has now become something far greater than we imagined. We are grateful to officially celebrate the completion of Year One of the Keepers Club — a mother-daughter homemakers club founded by our founder, L.A. Bonds and her dear friend Jenelle, co-founder of DAVIS Learning Academy. The Keepers club is rooted in the Titus 2 call for older women to teach and train the younger generation.

Our members earned their homemaking badges while growing in faith, confidence, creativity, and practical skills. From gardening, cooking, hospitality, homemaking routines, sewing, and stewardship, to biblical discussions, character development, servant leadership, and learning the value of being keepers of the home — each gathering was filled with purpose and intentionality.

As we close out Year One, we do so with grateful hearts and excitement for the future. We pray the seeds planted through the Keepers Club continue to flourish in homes, families, and future generations for years to come. Titus 2 is alive and well, and we are honored to be part of this work.

This season at Bonds Estate & Gardens, we have been welcoming many guests onto the estate for our Heritage Tours; immersive experiences where history, agriculture, faith, resilience, and legacy meet beneath the trees and along the paths of this historic land.

Special thanks to the Artios Gwinnett Homeschool families and this field trip coordinator Andrea Bailey for their lovely visit.

From learning about the lives and labor of those who once worked this soil, to reflecting on the generational impact of stewardship, family, and freedom, each tour has been meaningful, moving, and unforgettable. We have shared stories, gathered around demonstrations, explored historic spaces, and invited guests to not just observe history… but to feel connected to it.

Whether you are a homeschool family, church group, organization, history enthusiast, or simply someone longing for a deeper connection to the land and its stories — we invite you to visit.

Visit our website to submit a request and learn more about upcoming experiences at Bonds Estate & Gardens.
