Sausage & Kale Gnocci - so easy ya’ll! I was busy with work today until just a bit ago and needed to come up with a quick delicious dinner - this is it!

Sauté one lb of ground sausage with diced onion, Italian spices, salt, crushed red pepper, once sausage is browned add chopped kale, continue to sauté, once kale is mostly done, add package of gnocci, then 1 cup of crushed tomatoes & 1/4 cup of water, simmer for 1-2 minutes -
Done!

Made cheese soufflés for the time! So delicate and delicious!
