Ah, the lazy days of summer, lounging in the shade after a day of summer fun. We've captured that feeling in our newest flavor, Orange Cream Honey Caramels. Citrusy orange melds perfectly with the buttery honey goodness that we're famous for. Don't miss Orange Cream Honey Caramels' debut this Saturday, 8-6.

Can't make it to the market? Order them on our website, www.laughingbees.shop

There she goes, off to her new home!

My disassembled candy cooker made it safely and is reassembled and ready to make a batch of Raspberry Honey Gummeys in our new headquarters!

How do you celebrate Independence Day? I'll be connecting with friends and neighbors, walking in our town's parade, and end the day at my city's festival.

However you celebrate, stay safe, stay hydrated, and enjoy your day!

And that's a wrap! Today was all about chocolate and let me tell you it is messy! Luckily the kids were awesome and helped clean up. You can see I have a little more cleaning to do.

Thanks Lilly Burdsall for asking me to do this camp and Baker Hunt for letting me do it!

All right, enough chit chat, I gotta get cleaning!

Candy Camp Day 4. Not all recipes are as advertised. I had my doubts this one would work, and didn't get s chance to test it before class...I know, I know, you should ALWAYS test recipes. In this case, though, I knew there would be a cool.effect and it would taste good, so we went for it! It was advertised as Pop Rocks, but was more like Airheads. And i was right: it DID have a cool effect and it DID taste good.

Day 3 of Candy Camp and I'm realizing this may not be good for my health. I had marshmallows for breakfast, rice krispie treats for lunch, and this was dessert. (We did not make Scooter Crunches, this was a treat i got when I left Baker Hunt today.)

We DID make Twizzlers, a jello/marshmallow candy, and rice krispie treats with homemade marshmallow and homemade sprinkles.
