Growing alot of different peppers this year then in the past years to create some new recipes. While I always get asked "whats your hottest sauce " my response is they are flavorful first and hot second. This year I will have a "hottest "sauce. The question is have is to make it the smoked or garlic version? It will be out this summer once the plants start producing pods. Also i haven't made a new flavor in awhile and its time so drop some ideas below on a flavor you would like to see or see back like mango, peach, mayhaw.
