It was a stellar day at the market today. I was so glad that my load coming back was lighter cause the heat and humidity was crazy! And yet I managed to sell out of Cherry Bomb! That's cherry chipotle habanero with a hint of vanilla. Even in the heat, it flies off my shelves.

Pears are making a debut with Vanilla Pear Jelly, Pear Jam (not Pearl Jam) Pear with Vanilla & Walnut and also a highly addictive Blushing Peach Jam that will knock your peanut butter silly. Careful, there is no rehab for Blushing Peach jam. Come and getcher jam on! And congratulations to the Easley's for making their Kickstarter goal for Slice of Heaven Farm!

I am experiencing a bit of a traffic jam today. With the great sales of last week and the gift of of beautiful pears, i am cooking up a storm! Currently on the water-bath is Vanilla Pear jelly, delightfully delicate. Currently macerating is peaches and raspberries for Blushing Peach Jam. Waiting in line is peach habanero and Cherry Bomb! And by request of Robeano coming soon is green pepper jelly for her red beans and rice. Whew!
