I'm renaming these Handfuls of Misery 😓 Because omg are they an experience to make 😭
I'm pretty confident that these will be the only ones ever available at the farm stand. Very limited availability, although they are very good. At least I learned to make homemade pie and maybe slices or whole pies will be available during the holidays 😉

I got these little hand pie molds and have been working on recipes and the tedious messiness of making them. In a rush, I did forget the egg wash on our Apple pies but they were still really good, even if they weren't golden 🍎
This morning we're starting some Pumpkin Pies 🥧
**Which flavors of Hand Pies would you like to see at the farm stand? Traditional sweet flavors, some fun less common options, savory?**

🐥 New Chick day came a day earlier than expected.
We were short a couple, from trying to identify, it was the fancy silly looking ones I really wanted 😔 but we got back to having some fun and pretty ones we wanted, and not just production layers. Hopefully by spring we'll have some more dark eggs from the 4 different kinds of Marans and Wellsummers we got 🤞🏻
We for sure got 4 polish (2 different color) in our rare assortment, a frizzle, and lots of other little feather feet.
