**OCTOBER EVENTS**
October is a BUSY month for us here at the center!! We hope you can join us for any or all of our events below:
-Friday, October 2nd = LAST FISH FRY OF 2026. 5pm to 7pm
--Friday, October 16th = Friday Night Meatloaf Dinner Night 5 pm to 7 pm
-Saturday, October 17th = MEET THE CANDIDATES event. Join us for a BBQ Pulled Pork meal with all homemade delicious sides and have a meet and greet with election candidates that will be appearing on the ballots in November! Perfect time to listen to what they have to say and let your (respectful) opinions be heard.
--Saturday, October 24th = FALL GIVEAWAY 8 am to 4 pm. We will have the gym, large room and hallways ABSOLUTELY PACKED with clothing and household merchandise. We only ask for a $5 donation per adult at the door to help us cover operating expenses and to allow these Giveaway programs to continue. NO LIMIT TO HOW MUCH STUFF YOU CAN TAKE. Bring your own bags, totes and boxes as what we have will be limited and usually go fast! Breakfast and lunch concessions will also be available so come to shop, stay to eat and load up your vehicles with everything you need for your family!
-Friday, October 30th = TRICK OR TREAT EVENT WITH CHILI SUPPER. Chili supper will run from 4 pm to 7 pm in the large room. All you care to eat buffet style. Kids eat FREE. Trick or Treat event will run from 6 pm to 8 pm in the gym. Mrs. G's Photography will be on site to take pictures.
