Rainmaker made the Current Elite Sire list at 92%🎉
Rain had yearling daughters freshen on 3 farms on milk test. Can’t wait to see how these numbers look as the does mature!

Was out doing chores this morning and looked at Rain and told him “Rain, I really need to get pictures of you soon to update everything!” Pulled out my camera, took 1 picture, and he proceeded to stretch out perfectly to p*e, standing still enough to get pictures from 3 sides! Such a gentleman! I’ll take what I can get right now!
(Forgive the lack of beard…the bucklings decided to chew it off 🤦‍♀️)

2 doelings still available. Hazelnut (cou Clair) and Melon (chocolate).

Both out of Fredin Acres U Rainmaker *B. His freshening daughters ranged from 2.5-3.9lbs at peak across multiple herds.
Hazelnut is out of 'Elite' Old Beach C Tango Tallulah GEVE 88 3*M was at 99% production again!
Melon was out of a first freshener with really high butterfat, sweet milk.
Both have great milk potential!

The barn swallow babies jumped out of their nest early so I put them in a bowl until they were ready to actually fly off. Seems yesterday was the day! Good luck baby barn swallows!

Yearling Nigerian dwarf milkers. Juice Box (chamoisee brown) and Zinfandel (cou blanc).
Zinfandel is still milking 1x/day-she seems like she will mature into a high volume milker, large hand milling teats!
Juice Box we are stopping milking, she has higher butterfat milk, nice size teats for hand milking, maturing.
Looking to move them before breeding season. ADGA registered. Have been on milk test. Ask about price for pair! More info on pedigree on website. Located in Craftsbury, VT.

As much as I hate to do it, I will be moving to 1x/day milking after milk test today. This is to accommodate changes for family life. I know I said it earlier this season about reducing the herd numbers...well I am (not) ready to share. I have updated my available list. If you want more pictures, videos, or details, let me know.
I am including all first fresheners...I know...but reducing numbers and seeing the babies this year, I have decided to keep a few and hope I can find some incredible homes with people who want MILK! I am so thrilled by what Rainmaker did...maintained/increased milk in first fresheners...so these girls should mature really nicely!
Trying to find my balance...my farm hand going off to college, loosing my job of 7 years, working a temporary odd hour job, and just trying to work out all the pieces. Please share with anyone you think might be interested.

Available Wethers- still on bottles. Will come with milk to transition to what you want to feed. Date of weaning is 8 weeks and weaning should take about 2 weeks after that. Dehorned. Castrated. You must pick up and also be ready to house them.
Star born 4/16. Start weaning 6/16.
Fig & Filbert born 4/22. Start weaning 6/22.
Avocado & Apricot born 5/3. Start weaning 7/3. Prefer these 2 stay together due to age and size.
