Spring Creek Farms Corn Bread

1 cup corn meal
1 cup self rising flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup milk

Mix well. Mixture should be not to thick and not too runny. Bake on 375F until brown.

Spring Creek Farms Grits Recipe

1 cup cornmeal
2 cups water
2 milk
Dash of salt
1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Bring water and milk to boil add salt. Sprinkle in cornmeal and stir. Add butter and whipping cream. Cook to desired consistency ( about 15 min).

Add cheese for a treat!
