This time of year we are up before sunrise on Saturdays and Sundays getting our van packed for markets. This means getting to see beautiful sunrises like this one on Sunday morning before the Point Pleasant Beach farmers market which is every Sunday 9AM-1PM until September 13.

Bok choy seedlings in the greenhouse just one of our fall crops we are getting started now for harvest in September, October, and November

Farmer Allison is out in our eggplant field showing off this years first harvest of Aswad eggplant. These large round Persian eggplant are almost seedless. Allison’s favorite way to cook them is to cut them into 1/2 inch thick eggplant steaks, brush them with olive oil and cook them on the grill. For sale tomorrow at the Saturday West Windsor Community Farmers Market
