I made these cinnamon rolls from a Farmhouse on Boone recipe for brioche sourdough cinnamon rolls. I replaced the brown sugar with coconut sugar. The frosting called for cream cheese, so I swapped it out for my homemade chevre. They made for a tangy, not too sweet, cinnamon roll. Yummy!😋

Had a lovely day yesterday!

Started off with a misty morning walk to the milk barn.

Turned my young hens out to free range for the first time.

Spent the rest of the day baking!
Sourdough pizza crust
Sourdough cinnamon rolls (both recipes from Farmhouse on Boone )
Apple pie with homemade black walnut ice cream (hopefully I'll get a picture later)

Dams are from Pruittville and Price of The Field bloodlines.

They were raised on herbal coccidia prevention and all have had CD/T vaccine.

They have all been disbudded, tatooed, and come with an application for registration.
