Burrata, I love you. But we need to see other cheeses. 🧀

We’re officially in that weird little stretch where September has arrived, but summer is absolutely not over yet — which means there’s still time for tomatoes, peaches, grilling, cold drinks… and some seriously good cheese.

On this week’s episode of Curd is the Word, I’m sharing three cheeses that deserve a spot in your late-summer rotation: Double Doe, Blue Bell and Bonne Bouche.

We’re talking about what they taste like, what to pair them with, and some very easy ways to actually eat them — because great cheese doesn’t need to be complicated.

I think everyone remembers this performance haha however I remember missing my entire clostridium verse and proceeded to tell anyone who would listen about that..

Thankfully, Tom Perry’s introduction and this crowd made it a night I’ll never forget!!!

Have been meaning to try Withersbrook Blue for far too long! While Bayley still is still my numero uno choice, this is like a fun tropical version. And nothing better with blue cheese than some local drizzle 🤤
