S&D Companies are looking for another piece to the puzzle! Our managers are given the tools to be successful, but it is on the individual to display the commitment and organizational skills necessary. We give the managers the ability to control:

How much an employee makes. You no longer have to promote them to recognize them. This gives you the ability to build a strong team of dedicated employees.

A standard organizational structure that has a person "in charge" during all operating hours. Having a management team makes your life easier. Do you ever feel that as you conquer one challenge many more have popped up along the way? Do you ever feel like you can never get ahead of the issues? Having a management team is the key to truly controlling the restaurant and people.

This management (your) team enjoys full time protected hours, paid time off after a year of service (negotiable depending on qualifications), a generous 401K plan to start preparing for your retirement, group medical/dental and many more benefits.

You have the ability to run store meetings or management meetings as needed. This would have no impact on your budgeted payroll dollars.

You have the ability to donate to local organizations. We want you to be the face in the restaurant and we want you to promote goodwill in your community.

Restaurant Managers meet with me weekly to discuss the previous weeks results and discuss action items coming up. There is plenty of time for open discussion to share ideas with the team. I am 100% open to feedback that can help the Network. You have a voice and you will be heard.

I am the owner operator and I visit the restaurants multiple time throughout the week. Your hard work and dedication will not go unnoticed!
