Oversized fields with herd turnout (mares+ geldings separate). 24/7 grass in the summer- seeded with a mix the horses love, 24/7 hay in the winter.
Oversized outdoor arena that got redone summer of 2025, no indoor
4 ponds on property attached to fields for horses to swim and enjoy
12x12 stalls perfect to comfortably fit larger horses
Full jump course, & barrels + poles for the arena
Miles of trails attached to the property
Quiet facility, limited traffic. Limited lessons/ no horse camp. Not a huge show barn.
Outdoor wash stall to be used in the summer
Pemf/ massage practitioner comes regularly
Round pen for lunging
Small Medical paddocks for injury recovery
