A few weeks ago I traveled to High Lawn Farm in the Berkshires to The Meeting of the Milkmaids (aka women in cheese). The experience was awe inspiring and reminds me how special this community is. We also toured the farm and ate a lot of cheese.

I have one of those cheeses in our shop for you. Wilde Field is named after Marjorie Field Wilde - the founder of High Lawn Farm and a pioneer in the breeding of Jersey cows. Washed in an IPA from Antimony Brewing it is sharp with notes of roasted coffee.
