If you want a half beef this fall (or some portion) please get in touch with me and get on my calendar. I'm hearing of multiple producers who do not have any more beeves available this year. Grass is short and some farmers are having to reduce herd size. Animal and processing costs are up significantly over last year....again.... (my apologies, but it's the reality we are in). Fall blessings!
