Good luck to all the youth hunters! Remember regardless if your doing the processing yourself or taking to a processor, field dress right away , rinse cavity with cold water if available, temps over 50 pack the cavity with ice! Then take home or to the processor. Happy hunting! Oh and yes we are open and accepting youth harvested deer. 🦌 🎯 Bangel Deer Processing

32 years working clinically in the dental office, 40+ processing deer. Left elbow fixed last March (25) right elbow fixed yesterday! Grateful for the opportunity to lead the dental office now from an administrative position. And basically retire clinically ( besides when certain very special friends and family come to get work done) still planning on a few more years doing deer processing although not going to take on more than my body can handle. 8 months ago losing mom and then following her footsteps to Ethiopia with HFHC really changed my life! Funny how some things just don’t matter anymore, and how other things became so much more clear how important they really are!

I had the honor and the privilege to go to Ethiopia last week to work with orphaned, abandon, and impoverished children through a local mission Hope For His Children. I was able to do this trip with some of the funds from this past deer season. Thank you to all of my old and new customers and to my hide buyer for allowing me to be able to pay for next years trip and to donate funds to Hope For His Children for the needs of the children there!

HFHC was fortunate to have 2 dental professionals on our 2026 Mission Trip team who identified urgent dental needs in several CFI children.
