But it also means that many modern blooms have lost their fragrance along the way. That’s why we especially appreciate flowers like stock, which still have their sweet scent! ✨

Yesterday, we pressed pause on flower farming to celebrate something very special — my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary! ❤️

Our family gathered in the same place where their story began 50 years ago, just up the road in Washington. As we shared stories, looked through old photographs, and celebrated the life they’ve built together, we were reminded that the most beautiful things — whether flowers or relationships — take time, care, and commitment to grow. 💐✨

Cheers to 50 years of love, laughter, and adventure. What a beautiful legacy to celebrate! 🥂💕

We’ve made it to Thursday, and we’re feeling a little like the flower stand after this morning’s big storm — a little windblown and slightly disheveled, but we’ll be back to our usual selves in no time.

Nothing that flowers can’t fix, right?! 😎🌸

It’s so rewarding to see the campanula we tucked into the ground during the first week of March finally blooming! 💜

These beauties have survived a blizzard, high winds, hail, tornado warnings, freezing temperatures, unusually warm weather, heavy rain, and now dry conditions. 😅

If they can make it through all that and still bloom, maybe there’s a lesson in there for us too. 🩷

Our little farmer would like to share that the Evergreen Hill Flower Stand will be open tomorrow (Saturday) from 8 a.m.–12 p.m.! 🌸
