We had the privilege of catering a chicken and steak fajita dinner for 160 hardworking employees last night, and we’re so grateful to be trusted with events like these. From preparation to delivery, every meal is made with care, fresh ingredients, and a commitment to quality.

We are on our way home from vacation and the menu is up and live! Please place all orders by 6pm tomorrow for delivery next Tuesday!

We hope you all had a wonderful week last week! We missed seeing your smiling faces but it was so nice to unplug (we had pretty limited cell reception) and reset. Thank you, as always, for supporting our small business! 🫶🏻

Due to the growth of the business, we haven't taken a family vacation since last July. That being said, we will be taking a break next week to spend some quality time together in Traverse City, MI! (If you have any suggestions for fun places to go/see, send them our way!) As always, meals will be stocked at Ironsmith's Gym until they sell out but we will not be offering any meal delivery for our private clients. We appreciate your understanding as we take some much-needed downtime! I will be posting the menu for July 21st delivery next week while we are gone. Have a wonderful week!

Next week's menu is live on the website! There's a lot of chicken but it's our favorite protein as it packs a lot of punch for the fewest amount of calories! We've added a new Southwest grilled chicken wrap with a side of fruit--a little bit of sweet with a side of zesty is a great summer combo!

We're really just a normal family with young kids and a wild spring sports schedule, so please excuse our lack of social media presence! 🫣 We've still been over here making meals every week and stocking coolers around town and feeling SO grateful for your continued patronage! It's chicken Caesar this week along with our popular chocolate peanut butter overnight oats, meatloaf, teriyaki ground turkey bowl (our son's absolute favorite meal!) and others. It has been a wild last 6 weeks, friends! For those of you who have already inquired about ordering this week, we are taking next week off from meals for our private clients.
