Trying to keep a 1200lb younging entertained while on injury rehab is like dealing with a parrot on steroids 🥴 this horse has taken everything apart that's not nailed down! JK because he disassemble his mansion by chewing through a support beam 🤦🏻‍♀️

Riding and owning horses goes way beyond just sitting in the saddle. This morning our students went through a warm-up of horse - yoga. Having a strong core is important to successfully ask our horses to execute more advanced maneuvers.
It's a great way to not only stretch those body parts we need the most, but it also creates a connection with our horses ❤

Sunday morning Cowgirl church on our pone pones. The horses seemed to have enjoyed it as much as we did. Learning how to just stand and relax with a rider mounted is an import tool to have. Lija is teaching Luna, Ashley is working Metzly and I am on my beloved Ayden. We call Ayden "happy feet" - he rarely holds still for anything 😆

Being able to share the sermon with our horses was extra special and we felt a deeper connection them as much as our spiritual side.
