We’ve had some people ask us about catering and events. Would a catered crawfish boil be something y’all are interested in? Also, thinking about making like “family packs” or “party packs” with everything pre-cooked and delivered to you. Give us some feedback on what you wanna see! Y’all are literally helping us create our dream of running a family business we can cultivate and spend time building together and having fun while we do it. We appreciate all the love so, so much!

So, after all the awesome feedback we’ve had from everyone about The Cajun Cowboy we’ve decided we want to try and make a go of this mobile food boat idea! We’re excited to possibly bring a new way to dine to everyone out on the water this summer! If you could, at least share our Kickstarter page with all your friends and fam. We’d so appreciate the opportunity to start making another one of our big dreams come true! For the time being, we’ll still just be doing the crawfish boils, but our goal is to get a bigger “foodboat” if you will, and offer other items such as concessions, drinks, and a more varied menu for those out on the water all day. End goal of course one day being a giant floating restaurant or something crazy like that. We’re just getting started, but we so appreciate all the love and support we’ve been receiving so far and hope to see y’all out on the water soon!

We had Walking Tacos for like the 5th time this week last night, but Justin made some homemade chorizo and elote to top it off and it was PHENOMENAL. Thinking of adding it to The Cajun Cowboy menu and was trying to think of some other good “mobile” foods we could add to the menu. Any suggestions?!

In honor of Mother’s Day, we wanted to show off our mini cowboys and our cajun princess. These kiddos are the driving force behind this dream and building something they can be proud of. Most of all, the big kiddos love “boil nights” and helping gather all the things we need to get prepped. So proud to have such wonderful and amazing tiny humans ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas out there! We’ll be taking the day off for family time with our 4 babies, but we’re hoping to be back at it next weekend. What days would you all prefer and which locations or times? Would delivery be something anyone would be interested in? Let us hear from you on what you want, and message us for pre-orders now for next weekend so we can get an idea of how much we’ll need. Payment not due until pickup, we just like to have an idea of how many we should make so we don’t run short. Thanks y’all, and have a safe and amazing Mother’s Day!

The weather is phenomenal so we’re switching it up today! The Cajun Cowboy will be floating down the St. Marks River and set up on the St. Marks sandbar with our crawfish boil bags. $10 per bag, including a little over a pound of crawfish, one large tater, 2 large chunks of corn and an egg, all cooked in our signature Cajun seasoning, just spicy enough for afternoon wake up call! Hey, y’all! We hit a bit of a snag in our plans today and could use some help from our phenomenal community! Our original site location is unable to host us today, but we’ve already got everything cooked and ready to roll. Does anyone know of a place we might be able to set up?

Or if anyone would be interested, we’d be willing to do free delivery this week if you can text us your order and address. We ran a test batch late last night and it was phenomenal, so come try us out!

We’re a big family of 6 that started this to help support our goals of getting our own home and to teach our kids about building a business, and right now we have a good majority of our funds tied up in this and if we can’t sell what we have put together, we stand to lose about $500 in wasted food, which would be a huge hit. Any suggestions would be amazing or if anyone knows a spot we may be able to sell in the future.
