Many of our clients will often ask, “who is St. Rita”, is she real, where is she from”. And I am often called Rita, the cake lady! The story of St. Rita’s Cakes goes back many years and St. Rita found me, and it was a beautiful encounter and calling on this journey that forever changed my life, as she is the Saint of the Impossible. I would like to invite you dear friends to explore her life and also explore the National Shrine of St. Rita, make a visit to the shrine and give them a follow We are so grateful for our new friends at the Shrine and we give credit to God and St. Rita for allowing us to serve and meet so many of our clients these last 15 years. You will not regret learning of her beautiful life!
