A Quick PSA.
With Springtime here, you may notice some changes to the flavor profile of our raw milk. This is due in part from a transition from winter hay and grasses to green spring pastures. The higher amounts of beta carotene and fatty acids directly impacts the flavor and even the color of the cream.
While it is more nutritious this time of year, it may taste a bit different than what you are used too but soon it will be back to a "normal" flavor profile as we head into the later parts of spring.
