Our local community is the BEST! These beef trays are empty!
We are nearly sold out of everything! There are a few brats, some burger and short ribs left.

Thank you Southern Illinois and Stonefort Farmers Market for seeing the value in grass fed and finished Highland beef. And for coming out to support all the wonderful local businesses who show up each week. This community is special and we’re grateful go be a part of it. ☺️

We’re back at the Stonefort Farmers Market this morning! It’s going to be a busy one today, with a focus on Father’s in honor of Father’s Day weekend. Stop by our tent and grab dad a 6-pack! 😃
3 lbs of burger and 3 packs of beef brats! 🍔 🌭
Also stocked today, roasts, short ribs and misc beef cuts.

Stonefort Farmers Market has created such a wonderful outlet for so many local vendors. We consider ourselves blessed to be a part of this network!

We decided burgers sounded good for dinner tonight…and boyyyy were they! By far one of the best burgers we’ve ever had—beef from Dakota Ranch Highland BEEF, bacon from L4 Family Farm , fresh buns from Marsha Ren Nodeen (Marsha’s Fresh Milled Flour), lettuce from our sweet sister Paige, and corn from Papa-D's Produce!

If you haven’t already, follow these amazing people and try some of their goodies for yourself. They’re normally at Stonefort Farmers Market 😉 You will not be disappointed! 🍔 🌽 😊

Dinner time! On the plate tonight - family style Highland short ribs and veggies!
This is one of Jeff’s favorites.

We get a lot of questions about short ribs. Low and slow is key! Braising in a Dutch over has given us consistently delicious results.
