A Sweet Treat in Creede
Chef Brandon Fimple creates desserts to delight your sweet tooth at his bakery in the beautiful mountain town of Creede, CO. Dessert catering and wholesale contracts are available as well. Brandon’s desserts are always made from scratch and sure to please.
The menu at Bristol Head Bakery includes cookies, muffins, pies and cakes of course, but Brandon’s specialty is dessert pastries and croissants. Breakfast pastries and cinnamon rolls are available for those fishing, hunting and 4-wheeling enthusiasts who are out and about early. Coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, juices and water are the beverage choices at the bakery.
A little about the proprietor- Brandon is from northeast Oklahoma and has been coming to Creede with his family every summer since he was born. His passion for baking was inherited from his maternal grandmother. Brandon’s first place victory over the ‘reigning matriarch of baked goods’ at the Craig County Fair at the tender age of 12 was unheard of and never forgotten or forgiven!
Brandon graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in hotel and restaurant administration. He did an internship with David Poole and Don Wagnon at the Creede Hotel before heading to Portland, OR to attend culinary school. There he earned a diploma in Patisserie and Baking from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
