Hey hey! Back! Back in a Competition mindset, still doing BBQ for Friends and Family.

We (Lisa, Charlie and I) had a great time at Lake Gaston.BBQ Battle.

Conviction BBQ is out here , watching, putting together a season plan. Excited to have the beautiful amazing Lisa by me as a Cheerleader and a helper ... (Critic..lol) and Charlie a call upon for his knowledge and dedication when he can.

Lisa and I got some great ideas (hers) that we will try to cycle through over a few comps this year so keep track.

Hey Teams!!

Let’s a say a prayer for our WV Coalfilds community and those also in VA, KY that are now struggling with their own bad mountain weather event. I pray that God lays his hand on them all and our folks here in WNC and ETN. Provide and continue to provide. In Jesus Name!

Pray! Help if you can. Please
