With the arrival of Europeans, the natives slowly died out, and the once mighty Yaupon assumed an inconspicuous place in the forest. Meet our new mascots, Sheepie & Gronckle.

These two ladies are Katahdin sheep and they have a job to do on our farm which is to control weeds and fertilize trees. Because we are regenerative organic certified, we use zero herbicides or inorganic inputs. We are revitalizing the land using ancient techniques.
