A Yard Office homecoming. 🎶

Back in the late '90s and early 2000s, Don Shappelle was a regular here — when Tom Davis owned the Inn and this room was the Yard Office Saloon. Tonight, Don's making his comeback to the same bar, 6 to 9.

Same cherry backbar. Same stage. And yes — you can raise a Tom Davis Gin Martini to the man who used to run the place. Doors at 5, music at 6.

🎸 Thursday — Don Shappelle returns. He played this room in the Yard Office Saloon days (1997–2005); now he's back, 6–9.
🍸 Friday — cocktails, oven-fired flatbreads & pretzels, no agenda
🎶 Saturday — EMBR Acoustic, 6–9
Open Thursday–Saturday, 5 to 10. Tasty cocktails and shareable plates all three nights.

🍴 We're hiring: Head Cook at the Yard Office Lounge

Summer's our busy season, and our Kitchen Manager could use a right hand. If you know your way around a small, fast kitchen and want to be part of something with character, we'd love to meet you.

The Yard Office Lounge is the 1904 speakeasy in the basement of The Station Inn — classic cocktails, shareable small plates off our vintage pizza oven, and a room that's part train station, part hunting cabin, part your grandparents' house. You'd help run back-of-house during service and keep our limited menu humming.

The basics:
• Part-time, Thursday–Saturday evenings (3:30–11:30 PM) plus a few flex prep hours
• $14/hour, up to 31 hours/week, weekly pay
• 1–2 years of kitchen or high-volume food prep preferred; food safety training provided
• Reliable, friendly, and comfortable working in a tight space

Last call of the week is tonight.
The Yard Office Lounge is open one more night — Saturday, 5 to 10. Craft cocktails, PA drafts, flatbreads and pretzels from the oven, and a Vale Wood ice cream skillet cookie if you save room. Then we go quiet until Thursday.

Friday, the long way down.
Skip the usual and take the stairs to the Yard Office Lounge — a hidden basement bar in a restored 1904 space, craft cocktails poured at the original cherry backbar, PA beers on draft, and small plates off the vintage pizza oven. Currently on the walls: Michael Froio's photography, our Artist-in-Residence.
Open till 10. Find us downstairs.

Doors open at 5. The Old Fashioned is cold and the pizza oven's hot.
Thursday at the Yard Office Lounge: the quiet night, the good seat at the bar, the conversation you actually came for. Pull up at our 1904 backbar, order a Tom Davis Gin Martini or a Black Manhattan, and grab a flatbread straight from the vintage oven. No TV's, no loud music, no distractions.
Open 5–10. No reason needed.

The Yard Office Lounge opens at 5 PM Thursday, Friday & Saturday this week — craft cocktails, shareable snacks fired up in Jane's vintage pizza oven, and a room that looks much as it did the day it opened as the Yard Office Men's Bar. Cherry backbar, tile floor, ornate ceiling. All original.
