At 8,888 feet, the mountains are more than our backdrop. They’re part of how we make our rum.

The thin mountain air slows fermentation. Pure Rocky Mountain snowmelt brings naturally mineralized water to every batch. Louisiana sugarcane brings a little Southern soul. And the altitude gives Montanya a character you can’t make at sea level.

This is what makes Crested Butte such a special place to make rum.
