I met some very happy and healthy cows went I visited the Larsen Family Dairy Farm in Creston , Nebraska last month. I learned each cow has a Fitbit like device to measure their movement to make sure they get their steps in everyday! It was such a fun trip and I learned a lot too! We are now selling home raised beef!! All of our animals are born, well cared for and raised on our own farm. We have a butcher we can take the steer to for processing or you can use your own.
