Good morning... this isnt a normal post BUT at this point what can be done (no violent responses please) but seriously point me in the right direction of who to speak with or tag them below to make this a known situation...

These dates below are every since date I have filed a complaint about a bulldog that is constantly coming from off of Airport Rd through my neighbors back yard to my yard!!

Year 2026

Sept 5th

Sept 7th
Sept 8th

Now back story... There was a wooden privacy fence up all these many years between the houses which is the property and responsibility of the owner of the home off of the Airport rd side and the owner of this bulldog. After a storm the fence tore up and fell down and they removed and never replaced it or fixed any openings on there side. My neighbors have patched the gate on there side the best they could to keep this dog from out of there yard and to protect there animals and themselves because this dog is aggressive and she will bite!!
After many attempts she keeps finding her way through and its become a nuisance and a safety issue!! The neighbors have tried to talk to the owner and they wouldnt speak with them... my husband went on over and tried to speak to them... BUT to his suprise the dog was hiding in the front yard and tried to attack my husband so he couldnt get to the front door to even knock!! He blowed the horn and no one came out... so I emailed animal control back in February 2026 about the situation because it had been a few days of her randomly being in our front yard from the street over!!

Now regardless we do know the name of the person who lives at that home and we do know for a fact she belongs there and if who said person works for has anything to do with giving all of these warnings it is absolutely ridiculous!!

Fast forward.... this isnt just a once in a blue moon encounter this is almost everyday again she has no collar and she literally is outside all the time day and night she used to bark every night at 9am to 10pm like clockwork non stop for that hour!! I was told animal control went out back in March and spoke with them and they were given a warning but any other complaints would result in a $150 fine everytime and eventually a court date because she needs to safely be contained to her yard either by a runner/pully set up or to basically have her in a kennel or fenced in yard if they aren't going to supervise her outside while roaming.

Well it is September 8th and we had a short few month break from her and she has been back since the end of August almost daily!! As most of you know our street is dark at night but TD has his routines and well he does roam the yards with me freely as he should be able too but now having to watch our backs for her is nuts!! The 1st encounter i had with her face to face i came home from getting groceries and she ran up to my truck as I got out and I ran her off thankfully but TD is usually let out the door when someone gets home and that day he wasnt but it could have been ugly!!

Many other neighbors have stories about her in there yards on the next street over where she resides but im sure no complaints have been made because no one is really doing anything but giving "warnings" and let her continue on.

On Friday I was told they would make contact and offer them a runner so they could keep there dog... im not trying to get her taken I want her to stay on her street in her yard!! Well either that didnt happen or they really dont care about it cause she has been here once or twice everyday this whole weekend even today!!

Help me figure out who else to contact that will take this seriously!! Neighbors walk there animals on our street, the kids from the neighborhood are always walking, on there bikes, or scooters ect and then between everyone else just being in there own yards especially mine have to deal with this!! Mr chubbs leaves for work early in the mornings before 4am and my kids leave before 7am themselves along with TD goes out alot (the backyard is like a tread with caution situation back there because it is being cleared out) so thats not a safe option for him.

I am posting a few screen shots from yesterday because I do have videos from different angles for EVERY single time she has been here and sent them in and still warning after warning after warning!!

It shouldnt have to wait till something bad happens for something to be done!! Animals and people shouldnt be at risk for being attacked so they will take it seriously!!

Nights here lately for my own comfort and peace is turning our living room into a sleep over vibe just so I can be close...

Nights here lately for my own comfort and peace is turning our living room into a sleep over vibe just so I can be close to mama chubbs and listen out for her coughs (if any) to make sure she is okay but helps me be able to rest knowing im close by if she needs me cause once im in bed I normally cant hear anything most of the time cause I fully crash out.
