My decision to close is purely because I’m choosing my family over long hours prepping and being on the truck . I have people trash talking and don’t know any facts. It was a good run . Moving forward, we'll be operating more as a stationary food truck. We love hitting the road, but it's not in the cards for us currently. We'll still take bookings on a case-by-case basis, and if things go well, we might even get another truck specifically for traveling.

Hello Empanadaking Fans, We are excited to share our upcoming schedule with you. This weekend, we will be open for business at 887 North Ferdon Blvd, situated beside Pepboys and Wings on Wheels. Our operating hours will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Please note that while this location will serve as our primary home, we will occasionally have bookings at other locations. Keep an eye out for further updates.
