To our DoorDash customers:
Please be aware that every order leaving our restaurant is photographed and reviewed with the Dasher before departure. We take great care to ensure that orders are complete, accurate, and properly handed off.
Unfortunately, this is now the fourth dispute in which photo evidence and order documentation proved that a customer falsely reported. These fraudulent claims directly impact small businesses, as the financial loss is deducted from our restaurant, not the dasher, not DoorDash but directly impacts my family and I.
We understand that genuine mistakes can happen, and you can simply call us or message our page, we will always work quickly to make things right when they do. However, knowingly submitting false claims is theft.
Customers who are found to have falsely reported orders as missing or not received may be permanently refused service from our establishment.
We appreciate the overwhelming majority of our customers who support local businesses honestly and allow us to continue serving our community.
