If you grew up eating bologna sandwiches, this is the glow-up nobody saw coming. 🔥

We took a humble chub of bologna, hit it with Valhalla Skål seasoning, smoked it low and slow, and finished it with our Blueberry BBQ Sauce. Sweet, smoky, savory, and just weird enough to make people ask, "Wait... that's bologna?"

Then they take a bite and suddenly they're asking for seconds. 😏

Watching hot steel take shape under the hammer reminded us a lot of great BBQ — patience, craftsmanship, and getting the details right. So while the sparks were flying, we figured we'd add a little Valhalla seasoning to the mix.
