🦆🥚 Well… look who decided to start earning their keep! And overachieving with a double yolk! 😂

Our ducks are officially starting to lay, which means farm-fresh DUCK EGGS might be making their way into the Jolly Farms stand!

Duck eggs are bigger and richer than chicken eggs, with those gorgeous big yolks—and they’re especially amazing for baking. 🤎

Have you tried duck eggs before? My husband LOVES them! He says they are "creamier" so we might have to arm wrestle him to get some into the stand 🤣 Would anyone be interested in duck eggs if we offered them at the stand? 👇

☀️ Good morning Jolly friends! It is a foggy one, but BEAUTIFUL! We’ve got a FUN Jolly Farms weekend coming your way! 🤎

Normally Thursday evening is when the Jolly kitchen really gets going for our Friday morning opening… but this Thursday, our kitchen and home will be a little busy for a different reason. 🏈

We’re hosting our Creswell High School football team for TEAM DINNER! ❤️🐾🏈🖤

And feeding a house full of football players + baking for the stand at the same time? Even I know my limits. 😂

So here’s this week’s plan:

✨ FRIDAY — Opening at NOON
✨ SATURDAY — OPEN
✨ SUNDAY — OPEN 🙌🏼

And trust me… the later Friday start is going to be worth it. 😏

We've got SO many fun things rolling around in our heads for this weekend, including maybe a mini sourdough flavor flight so you can try a few different Jolly flavors without committing to a whole loaf. 👀🍞

Plus some returning favorites, fall goodies, and maybe a surprise or two.

It’s going to be a BIG JOLLY FARMS WEEKEND, and we cannot wait to tell you what’s coming!

Even though the Jolly Farms stand isn’t open today, we thought we’d use the day to let you get to know the family behind Jolly Farms a little better. ❤️

Today is a pretty special day around here—36 years ago today, my husband and I started dating. 🥹

Thirty-six years of growing up together, building a life together, raising our family, weathering all the seasons life has brought us, and somehow still choosing each other through every one of them.

Jolly Farms may be something you see at the end of our driveway, but behind it is us—our family, our home, and a whole lot of years and memories that brought us here. Thank you for now being part of our story! 🫶🏽

So today, while the stand is quiet, we’re celebrating 36 years since this whole crazy, beautiful story of ours began. ❤️

Happy dating anniversary to my favorite person. Here’s to us—and all the adventures still ahead. 🥂❤️

🥖 Fresh Jolly Sourdough Croutons are heading out to the stand NOW!

Freshly baked this morning and perfectly seasoned with olive oil, garlic, Everything seasoning, salt & pepper. 🤎

They’re crispy and crunchy on the outside, with just a little bit of that sourdough chew left in the middle—SO good.

Choose Salad Size for that perfect crunchy topping 🥗 or Soup Size— smaller bites made for dropping into a warm, cozy bowl of soup. 🍲

☔️ I know it’s not ideal to head out in the rain… but a bag of fresh sourdough croutons and a big bowl of soup tonight will make the trip worth it. This is exactly the kind of weather they were made for.

Throw on a raincoat, make a quick Jolly Farms run, and grab a bag while they’re fresh! 🖤

I know, I know… it’s not exactly ideal weather to leave the house. 😂 But hear me out…

The farm stand is stocked with some cozy Friday treats:

🍪 Jolly Good Chocolate Chip Cookies - These ALWAYS sell out for a reason!
🤎 Jolly Good Oatmeal Cookies — chewy, cozy, and made with brown butter, molasses and toasted oats!
✨ Brown Butter Rice Krispie Treats

And about those Rice Krispie Treats… these are NOT your ’90s Rice Krispie Treats. 😂

Think all the nostalgic goodness you remember, but elevated. We take our time, brown the butter, toast the Rice Krispies, and turn that childhood favorite into something a little extra special. Still gooey. Still nostalgic. Just a little more grown up. 🤎

🎃🥞 AND… there’s a fresh batch of our Pumpkin Spice Sourdough Pancake Mix in the stand!

Made with our dehydrated sourdough starter and our own from-scratch pumpkin pie spice blend, it’s basically fall Saturday morning in a bag. 🍂 Perfect for a cozy weekend breakfast when nobody wants to get out of their pajamas.

And because it’s a rainy Friday, we’ll probably be making up some Jolly Farms sourdough croutons today, too. 🍞

I know it’s not ideal to come out in the rain… but those sourdough croutons and a big ol’ bowl of soup will make it worth it. I promise. 😂☔️🥣

Or throw them on a salad if you’re trying to make responsible choices today. 🥗😂

Sometimes the sweetest ideas come straight from our Jolly Friends. ❤️

I received the sweetest little note asking if I could make four Pumpkin Pie Spice Sourdough Pancake Mixes because she had received one as a gift, her grandkids loved it, and now she wants to give them as gifts too. 🥹

Welllll… if I’m making four, I might as well make a BIG batch! 😂

Yesterday I dehydrated plenty of our bubbly sourdough starter, and today I’m mixing everything up!

And because we like to make things extra special around here, even the Pumpkin Pie Spice is made from scratch. 🎃🍂 I’ll share that recipe too, because it’s SO easy to make at home and smells absolutely amazing.

I’ll have bags of Pumpkin Pie Spice Sourdough Pancake Mix ready and waiting in the Jolly Farms stand this Friday! 🥞

We’re officially welcoming fall the sweetest way we know how! My daughter made us these delicious snickerdoodles last night so we could have a little something sweet on this fall morning. 🍪☕️ There’s just something about cinnamon and sugar that feels like fall!

This week will be a little slower week at Jolly Farms! 🌻We’re taking a little bit of a breather this week and slowing things down just a tad. ❤️

Jolly Farms will be OPEN FRIDAY ONLY this week!

🍞 Sourdough will be PRE-ORDER ONLY — so if you know you need a loaf for the weekend, be sure to get your order in! I’ll be baking just what has been ordered this week.

⏰ PRE-ORDERS CLOSE TONIGHT (9/21) AT 9 PM! Ordering is easy peasy! Just comment below or message me before 9 tonight to get your loaf on Friday’s bake list. ❤️

🍪 And because we can’t completely stay out of the kitchen… 😂 there will definitely be a baked treat or two waiting in the stand on Friday!
